Provider Care
Telehealth, built for the protocol.
A provider relationship that lives where you live, for patients who don’t have time to sit in waiting rooms but want their care taken seriously.
Available in 50 states · 18+ · $149/year
How it works
Three steps in.
The whole process, from application to first shipment, lives between three actions.
Intake
You complete a clinical intake form: medical history, current medications, goals, recent lab work if you have it. Five minutes if you have your records on hand, longer if you’re piecing it together.
Consultation
A licensed provider reviews your intake. Most consultations happen asynchronously — secure messaging within 1-3 business days. If your case needs a video call, the provider schedules one. No copay surprises.
Prescription
If your provider determines a protocol fits your goals and history, they write the prescription. It routes to a 503A-licensed compounding pharmacy, which prepares your medication and ships it cold-chain to your door.
The consultation
Practical, not theatrical.
Most patients hear “telehealth” and picture a video call with a doctor checking off boxes. The reality at BioCore is more practical.
Asynchronous-first
Your provider reviews your intake on their schedule and yours. Messages arrive in your secure portal. You respond when you can. Decisions get made in days, not weeks of phone tag.
Sync when it matters
If your case is complex — a medication interaction worth talking through, a lab result that needs interpretation, a goal that needs calibration — the provider escalates to a video call. No additional fee. The annual visit fee covers the conversation regardless of format.
Real clinical judgment
Every prescription is written by a licensed provider who has read your intake, your goals, and your history. We don’t run patients through algorithmic decision trees and rubber-stamp protocols. If your case isn’t a fit for what we offer, we’ll tell you — and we’ll tell you why.
The relationship
A year of access, not a single appointment.
For the next twelve months from your first consultation:
- All follow-ups are included. No per-message charges, no per-visit charges, no surprise invoices.
- Mid-protocol adjustments are included. Side effect to discuss? Dose feels off? Goal shifted? Reach out — that’s what the relationship is for.
- Lab review is included. If you bring labs, the provider reviews and adjusts accordingly.
- Refill prescriptions are written as needed. No standalone “prescription fee” per refill.
- The provider remembers you. Same provider relationship across the year.

Timeline
Realistic expectations.
Patients ask “how fast?” — here’s the honest version.
| Intake to consultation | 1-3 business days |
| Consultation to prescription | Same day to 24 hours |
| Prescription to shipment | 1-2 business days |
| Shipping (cold-chain, no-signature) | 2-3 days |
| Order to delivery, typical | 5-9 business days |
If you need it faster, tell us. Sometimes we can move things along; sometimes we can’t. We won’t promise what we can’t deliver.
Eligibility
Who qualifies.
You qualify if
- You’re 18 or older
- You live in the United States
- You have a U.S. shipping address
- You’re not currently pregnant or breastfeeding (most protocols)
- You’re willing to share medical history honestly
You may not qualify if
- You have an active medical condition that contraindicates the protocol
- You’re currently in a clinical trial
- You’re under another provider’s care for a related condition without coordination
When in doubt, complete the intake. The provider reviews each case individually. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you — and we won’t bill you for the visit.
Common questions
Things patients ask.
Is this real telehealth or a script-mill?
It’s the real thing. A licensed provider reviews your case and makes a clinical judgment. If we don’t think a protocol fits you, we won’t prescribe one. If we think you need labs first, we’ll tell you. The 503A pharmacy that fills our prescriptions verifies the prescriber is legitimate and the prescription is appropriate before they compound anything.
How do I know my data is private?
Communications happen through HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. Clinical data lives in encrypted, audited storage — not in your WordPress account. We don’t sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything outside your care.
What happens if I’m denied a prescription?
You don’t pay. The annual visit fee is only charged when a provider relationship is established and a protocol is initiated. If your intake is reviewed and we determine we’re not the right fit for you, no charges go through.
Can I switch protocols mid-year?
Yes. If you’re on one BioCore protocol and your provider determines a different one fits better, the switch happens within the same annual relationship — no second visit fee. The medications themselves are billed per shipment.
What if I move to another state?
If you stay in the U.S., the relationship continues. Update your address in the Patient Portal. We’re licensed across all 50 states, so a move within the country doesn’t disrupt your care. If you move outside the U.S., the provider relationship pauses until you return — international shipment of compounded medications has regulatory complications we can’t navigate.
How does the renewal work after twelve months?
The $149 annual fee renews automatically on your anniversary. We send a reminder series starting 60 days out so you have time to update your card or pause if you’re stepping away. You can manage everything from the Patient Portal.
What if I want to talk to someone before I sign up?
Email info@biocorehealthrx.com. We respond personally — no chatbot. Most pre-sign-up questions get answered within a business day.
Are the medications safe?
Every medication we prescribe is compounded in a 503A-licensed U.S. pharmacy under FDA-overseen regulations for prescription compounding. Each batch is tested for sterility, potency, and contamination before it ships. The compounded peptides and hormones we prescribe are bioidentical to the active molecules used in their brand-name counterparts, prepared at concentrations and combinations matched to individual patient protocols.
