Biocore Essentials nutritional and other physical health products may be returned within 14 days of purchaser’s receipt of the product (based on courier’s delivery date), so long as the product is returned to our warehouse unopened and in satisfactory resalable condition. A 20% restocking, handling, and administrative fee will be assessed for all returns. Thus, a refund of 80% of the value of the wholesale/purchase price will be given for appropriate returns. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping charge and tracking information of returned product to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approved returned product.
