How the Track works
Weekly subcutaneous injection at your titrating dose. Your $149 annual telehealth keeps covering everything: dose adjustments, lab review, ongoing refills. No per-script charges. When your weight and labs hold steady at the right level, you graduate to Tier 3 Maintenance.
