What it is

Who it’s for
Adults whose protocol calls for both growth hormone support and appetite stimulation — typically patients recovering from illness, surgery, or unintentional weight loss. Less commonly used for body composition alone, since modern alternatives (Ipamorelin, GHRP-2) deliver cleaner GH release without the appetite spike.
How it works
GHRP-6 binds the GHSR (ghrelin) receptor and signals both “release growth hormone” and “trigger hunger.” The appetite effect is the strongest of any peptide in the GHRP family — historically that’s been the use case. Modest cortisol and prolactin elevation come with it. Most patients pair it with a GHRH (CJC or Sermorelin) for full GH-axis activation.
